Thank you for making the 2024 Ale Trail such a success, and for supporting our great local pubs and breweries!
This year's ale trail may be over, but you can still use your passport as a guide to the best real ale bars in the area.
Prize draw
The prize draw was held on Sunday 29th September. All winners have been notified. Everyone who submitted stickers from all 30 bars should now have received their certificate of achievement.

RIPON
From one-eyed rats to unicorns, this cathedral city has a variety of real ale watering holes.
HARROGATE
KNARESBOROUGH
This small market town boasts a diverse selection of great real ale pubs.
The spa town with an array of victorian inns, modern bars and micropubs.
Venue Opening Times
To avoid disappointment, please check opening times before you travel.
These are the weekday closures we are aware of:
In Ripon The Portly Pig and The Water Rat are closed on Mondays.
In Knaresborough, The Half Moon and Track & Sleeper are closed Mondays.
In Harrogate town centre, Husk is closed on Mondays.
In Starbeck, The Office Ale House is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. (Note last orders is at 20:30).
On the outskirts of Harrogate, Rooster's Taproom is closed on Mondays, and Harrogate Brewing opens Thursday through Sunday only.
